Scholarship for PhD Applicant's home and place of residence must be in Brevard County, Florida, or must have graduated from a school in Brevard County High.
- Approved a prerequisite for admission to a community college or university in the state of Florida.
- Must be enrolled full-time students in a first, second, or a professional program.
- Demonstration of financial need through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid 2011-2012 (FAFSA) determines.
- Applicants must be at least 2.0 GPa.
- Must have good moral character and habits
